Code

I'm still working on the new website. Most of the posts (including artworks, blog posts and 365 posts from 2009, 2010 and 2011) are missing. These posts will return eventually. Thanks for your patience! :)

Code

Even though it's weekend, I spent most of my days working. Today wasn't any different. I'm working on a couple of new projects and today ChEeTaH helped me with some code, something he can do within a few minutes - I would probably spend the entire day trying to achieve the same thing. Doesn't matter. Together we're the dream team. Just ask our friends.

So it's PHP code you're seeing. And the teaser here is that I won't tell you what project it's for.

Oh oh it's starded =D, Now you just need time for learn :D Good luck Rosie !

Lol, I understand code, and I can use/write some code too. But ChEeTaH is just quicker than me - he is a programmer, so that makes sense. :) I don't have much time to learn how to become a better programmer anyway. I have too many things I want to learn and no time to learn it lol!

Just learning PHP/MySQL myself.

And I see your new project has something to do with Drupal... hmm... :D

Lol it's cool you found out it has something to do with Drupal. But it's not that surprising either - since I use Drupal for so many of my projects (and for clients too). I'm currently working on several new Drupal projects.

I just love Drupal.

I know you and cheetah match so well!
And I saw it was Drupal too lol, it's noticable in the attributes piece of the code. (:

I really like Drupal, bit hard to understand sometimes, for beginners the learning curve is really steep. XD I'm talking in own experience here.
I don't know a thing about coding as well, but I want to learn sometimes!

I love the design part, but when I want to start making own layouts and things like that, I must be able to work with CSS and (X)HTML :P

Yeah I know what you mean. When I first started out making themes for Drupal, it was a hell for me lol. I know so much about XHTML and CSS, but Drupal was new, and pretty complicated too, if you really want to understand it. It's so powerful, I personally think it's much better than Wordpress. The only reason I still have some blogs on Wordpress is because it's a lot of work to transfer and convert everything properly. I've got too much to do already. But I will convert my WP sites too someday.

You definitely need to understand XHTML and CSS if you want to make themes. Otherwise you'll be constantly looking what you need and making designer mistakes. And I have plenty of experience with that :P My older sites like the current SNW, it a complete disaster lol. Luckily I will renew SNW in the future, and it will be much better. And all my new sites are also in Drupal, with tidy and correct code and css lol.

I Wish there was an easy peasy get DIY code helper that would help me make programs - fast is better - the code i know today would only cover for 1/10000 the code i want to use on making things on my website look cool - do any of you know were i can learn code like ChEeTaH cause I don't have code friendly friends to ask?

ChEeTaH started out like everyone else, just by learning little things through books and just by trying on the Internet. You'll have to learn it by trying. Buy books, use Google for tutorials. I'm not sure what kind or programming you would like to learn, it would be easier if you figure that out first.
