Personal

I'm Rosana Kooymans, a 28 year old girl from The Netherlands. I'm Wouter's girlfriend, and Seth's mommy. I have lipedema, a disease affecting my legs and arms. I also have pelvic instability, bowel/constipation issues, asthma, urticaria and quite a few other allergies. The reason I mention all of them is because one makes the other harder to tolerate. Nonetheless I'm quite a happy person.

I love design, art and photography. I'm a gamer girl. And I love traveling. London is one of my favorite cities. But only San Francisco feels like home. ♥

SNW

Many years ago I founded a Sims fansite called SimsNetwork. I wanted a place for myself and other people in the community to talk about The Sims, exchange items for the game and stuff like that. It grew into a big community. Throughout the years I also started a few "sister sites" like SporeNetwork and MySimsNetwork. By now these sister sites have merged with the bigger SNW. I still post news, write articles, keep an eye on the forums and I create in-game downloads and other goodies (like wallpapers). SNW is one of my biggest hobbies.

Juniorwood

Junior is a small leopard plushie who came to life because Wouter and I were being silly. Things got a little out of control. Junior got his own (mo)blog and started reporting from game events and expos. Eventually I decided to give Junior a proper website. Anyone who knows Junior knows he is a bit of a diva and self proclaimed celebrity. So I created Juniorwood, a Hollywood themed website for Junior. Although the website itself in need of a slight makeover, people always have a great laugh when they meet Junior and have their picture taken with him.

Work

I have my own companies; Miss Design and Retro Hugs. Companies and organizations hire Miss Design for design work, mostly websites. Retro Hugs is my creative outlet. It's where I create hand-made products and sell them to people all over the world.
