Looking at the teaser, come on, you probably thought those were pink aliens, right? 
Haha just kidding. But it does look funny. I couldn't resist taking a few more pictures of those pink/purple flowers in our backyard. 
More macro goodness. Okay okay I could do better, but in my defense, I don't have that teleconverter objective yet so... someday. 
Playing with my camera. Took a couple of pics from spiders on their spider webs. Doesn't it look cool?! I love it. At least there is a camera between me and the spider.

My previous Olympus was pretty good with macro, as you can see here. In October 2010 I got a new camera, finally a DSLR. Complete with two nice lenses. But no macro lens. Last night I ordered a 35mm f/3.5 macro lens online. And this morning it was delivered at my front door! Awesome! So here are some test pictures taken with my new macro lens!
To give you an idea of how tiny these sprinkles are, the last picture shows a sprinkle next to a ruler. A sprinkle has a diameter of 5mm. Imagine that...
