Three pizzas for Wouter, Rens and Rosie. Some garlic cheesy bread on the side. And Ben & Jerry's for dessert. Nom!
The Mouse doesn't like me :-(
Rens brought this mouse sander today so I could start sanding the door jambs and window frames. You know, pretty much anything made from wood but painted horribly green. I did not get far though. I was just sanding away a wooden bit in my office when the sander went BAM and started to smell bad. I immediately let go, shocked. Did I just break that thing? I was pretty sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Later it turned out it was an oldie. So it wasn't that bad, and new ones weren't that expensive either. So no biggie. Still felt bad. But yeah that's what electrical devices to sometimes. POOF. BAM. Yep.

Had pizza tonight with Wouter and Rens. Afterwards we had Ben & Jerry's. Healthy? No. Yummy? Yes!
The wallpaper team!
Friends and family came to help us "do stuff" in the new home. Little did they know this involved carrying heavy boxes and scraping off annoying wallpaper pieces. But they did, and I am grateful they helped. In the morning, Wouter, his dad and I went to our apartment to collect boxes to load the rented van. After that, we drove to our new home. There, I met friends Rens and (the other) Wouter. And some time after that Lisanne joined us as well. Oh and Seth pitched in as well. 
Four out of five -including myself of course- tried really hard removing the wallpaper, which was hell lol. Pretty much everyone agreed they would NEVER use wallpaper in their future homes. Seth just played with the large pieces that came off haha. We're nowhere done, but I have faith we'll get things done in time. We need to get rid of everything before Wednesday, as the new stucco will be plastered after Wednesday and they need time to prepare the walls. Fingers crossed!
December 2011!
Don't you just love December? I do. It's a happy month. A month with several festivities, presents, gathering with family, food. Yes. Well I will keep today's post short, because I am very busy at work at the moment. But this month I'll spend more time on blogging, besides the regular 365 posts, I'll also try to draw a little from time to time. I'm so busy I tend to neglect my hobbies.

December Bloggers?
You may not know what this is all about. I don't think I have really explained this yet on my own blogs so I will try to do this now.
Before December started, I was looking at my own blog and realized I only blogged a few times a month. And it's not as if I'm not doing anything else. It's not always a possibility to blog whenever you please. Then there's the issue that your topics may not be interesting to others. But you will always have this. Not everyone can enjoy your posts. With that in mind, I decided to (at least try and) post every day in December. So that's how the December Blogging project was started.
Paul noticed this, and thought it was so much fun, he'd join in as well and do the same on his blogs, in Dutch and English. Very soon, Junior followed, doing the same on Juniorwood in Dutch and English. Mollie Moonbeam decided the world really needs her environmental tips during this expensive and materialistic month. Who can blame her for that? Rens also started the December blogging in Dutch on Renssies. Corosben Mini'Mata shares us about his planet's festivities. And Mogway has also seen the light and decided to join us on her blogs in English and Dutch! Jimmy joined us today and is blogging in Dutch on his blog.
